@Justin DosseyIf the banks say no, you should try to go with a lender/broker that does no income verification loans. 

I had re-entered my information on Friday and asked for verification on their end and not gotten any information or follow up. 

I know that's a small thing but I put 25% down on 4 identical units that's a mistake I would have made with 4 times the downside.
