I just checked the historical data with this one.

Feel free to look through my previous posts, but I think you will see that between the city expansion, the city historical and future growth, and the growth of new industries and developments in the area we have a lot going on.  

We are not in a high STR area, but I have an idea about a historically significant house that could appeal to a hobbyists in that area of specialty.

But when doing Historic houses, you open a can of worms.

In addition, historically there has been outstanding appreciation.  10 years from now, the purchase is very likely to look to be a great investment. 

It is important to take this number seriously, as it is a prediction based on historical data and other factors such as elevation, nearby water sources, and weather patterns.

Historically March and April have seen full occupancy for me.
