Nashville area investing
I currently have a couple of rentals in Nashville, Antioch area. I'm starting to look more in the surrounding area outside of Nashville. Any Nashville area investors have any insight where the best deals might be? Seems like so many areas outside Nashville are blowing up like Nashville itself (ex. Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, Mt. Juliet).

Miro Meadows area off Briley and Thompson Lane. A lot of original owners now passing away and leaving behind estates. The homes in this neighborhood need renovations but have a lot of potential. It's near to all the interstates and 15 minutes from downtown. It's one of the city's hidden gems. I've starting to see some investor activity over there. I've seen 4 or 5 houses being sold as flips over the last 90 days.
