I was wondering if starting a Property management company might be a good way to start.I am excellent with marketing and business in general, just a complete newb in RE.

Ignoring actual financials to make excel give you a lower valuation doesn’t smell like a more accurate method of valuation to me.

I put a 3 light ceiling fan in every space I can possibly fit it.
