Better software will give you the option of charging the Tenant for those ACH fees, but I personally eat the cost of them.

@Daniel Tkach you need to be working with someone that does rehabs themselves to be able to tell you how much it's going to cost after walking it.

They will ask you to fill out 1-2 pieces of paper, and they will probably send you a 1099 at the end of the year, but that should not be a big concern usually.I try and help my tenants out whenever I can if they can get free money.
