Rehab estimation costs

Hey everyone,

I am an out of state investor and im starting doing fix and flips in pittsburgh, the main obstacle for me now is estimating rehab costs from the videos, can you please advice from your knowledge how can i learn to do it

Go there and talk to contractors .  You arent going to estimate anything from a video . There is more to investing out of state than the condition of the house . Its your money but I would drive the areas to get a feel for whats around what you are buying .
