I was also happy with that as conventional loans at the time were at about 6%.Lowest rates possible will be in relationships with private money lenders.Lowest rates in the public market will be in the form of a conventional loan.Next up you have commercial mortgages that are usually slightly higher than conventional loans but don't have as strict of loan requirements as conventional loans do.Usually a bit higher in rates are DSCR (debt service credit ratio) lenders.

If the property has publicly serviced sewer, which is most times billed based on the number of gallons of water used, by using sub meters, we now have the information we need to pass along the sewage charges.

This is a house that has additional square ft added on, so they listed that as the reason for marking the question as positive, as new foundation and support was added for the additional sqft.My question is: Is it a standard practice to check this box as "yes" in the disclosure when additional square feet has been added on to the property?

In addition, Scottsdale has a limit of only 6 adults per house, no matter how large it is.These restrictions have nothing to do with red/blue states, they are the result of NIMBYs, who are all over.
