Indianapolis General contractor Construction Defect

Hello all, looking for help with construction defect and negligence in Indianapolis. I am wondering how to proceed. I hired a licensed contractor to assist me with a rehab.  There are quite a few items that they failed to complete, but within the scope of work he was supposed to replace bedroom windows.

Instead he put stickers on the windows to make it look new. While the tenant was sleeping the window fell on her and caused injury.  In addition there is a plumbing error that is now costing an additional $8200.  I have tried to find an attorney to assist but I am hitting a wall.  Not sure what type of attorney to speak with or how to formulate to submit to his insurance.
