When they sat down with my wife and I to show us the plans, they said they were hoping to give us 10K for the piece of property.I am hoping that someone has experience in this occuring and amount of money received.

This is not a viable plan unless you can seriously reduce the costs of construction.

You have to ask yourself how likely the business plan is to yield the realization event in a 2- year timeframe.

I do plan on using my realtors to purchase my next home, so while they would be losing out on commission for the sale of this home, they would get commission a second time from me (they helped me buy this property im selling).

I plan to make this my primary residence until I get feel stable again and rent out the spaces to the mid term market.

My plan is to absorb knowledge this week and take action next week.
