Hey All, I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Armando and I just moved to the Lehigh Valley to start working on some contractor projects for an investor client of mine and I am looking to add a couple more clients to my list.

My background
I went to Northeastern in Boston for college studying computers and management but I always loved the idea of real estate, so decided to work for my dad's company doing renovations. After getting some experience for a few years now, I decided to try out bigger projects and I am totally hooked on starting my own investing journey on the side through value add projects. I learned about the Lehigh Valley through my current client and decided to move here. I have been working on some projects with them but would like more qualified clients on my list.

What I am looking for
I am looking for long term relationship with clients who want a reliable service working on their existing portfolio but also do bigger rehab projects for small properties.

What you will get from me
Real estate is some what of a passion for me, especially the rehab side of things, so you will get a super motivated individual with a growth mindset. I like to hustle and I do not like to overextend, that way I can give my clients the best service and outcomes which I have found to be missing in most markets let alone Lehigh Valley.

Hi Charlie,

I have plenty of experience in the electrical and low voltage field. However, I have seen a lack of reliability on general contractors due to a large volume of work to be done in the Lehigh and Northampton County. So, I basically have formed a network of general contractors that have already worked for my friend's investment group. It goes from Roofing, HVAC, Electrical to just establishing rehab cost for ARV accuracy on a timely matter.
