I have been planning to have an open showing at a rental next week prior to accepting any applications, however, in light of all that is happening I am having second thoughts. 

Basically it takes the storing of a tenant's property away, and no more moving companies paid for by the landlord. 

Those that felt the need to hoard that item (no idea why) already did and soon the stores will be stocked and a lot of people have a 4 year supply so won't be buying more soon...Probably the same with cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, bread, milk, eggs, flour and some of the other "empty shelf" items.

Then as a batch of loans gets through underwriting, they (an individual lender) are surfacing, gobbling up applications and locks, and going right back down below.

Ask your management if they have a lease term that covers application of payments and add one if it doesn't.

I am doing 2 QT's right now in SC.Can cost from $2500 to $4500 at least around here.I have also cleared Tax Deeds by finding previous owners and getting Quit Claim Deeds from them, and a mortgage release if applicable from an old mortgage.

Lots of businesses, including grocery stores, are also hiring to help stock, if tenants are looking for a quick job.
