Monday update on the Idaho Eviction landlord bill!

Great news.  The full Idaho senate voted tonight to approve 2 small amendments to HB 461 that the sheriff wanted in dealing with clearing a property and posting notices.  HB 461 is now set to possibly be voted on by the full Idaho Senate in the morning.  Could you write one email supporting eviction reform?  Basically it takes the storing of a tenant's property away, and no more moving companies paid for by the landlord.  It shortens the process and unifies in all Idaho counties.

To help us, simply go to the first page at the bottom of this list of emails titled Senators, cut and paste all 35 email addresses into your "to" line on your email, write a catchy memo  line like "Vote yes to HB 461 to help unify evictions" or make the cheaper, add a note, like "Dear Senators, please vote YES to UB 461"  and send it all.  Here is the list of senator's emails

Thanks to all who have worked on this.  I spent the last 2 weeks including 3 days in Boise last week working on this, but it is a team effort and these Senators need to hear from you!  Thanks!

Brian
