quiet title for a taxx deed

do you actually need an attorney to confirm title or quiet title action for a tax deed in the state of Mississippi ? if you do , average cost and process time?

If you want to resell them or cash out refinance, I'd check with your normal title company and see what they need to issue title insurance.  They're really the determiners of what you need and can perhaps point you in the right direction or help you take the right steps.
