It's kinda tough to get things done advertising to the enemy all your best tools and tricks. 

Wondering if there's ninja trick for this scenario.

I also find that optimistic, hoped-for pro forma rents coupled with hidden concessions that drive low vacancy is a usual trick by criminal brokers.

The trick is to get them to ask YOU about the investment.

I am sure this has probably come up and my search words just weren't doing the trick, so sorry for another post.I would really love to gain some more knowledge on home construction and contracting skills.

My recommendation is to find yourself a seasoned mentor who know the tricks of the trade.

I am not sure if that was the trick that did it but I was elated when we were able to get the short sale approved and then closed.

Seeing the # that many times may trick you into expecting too much. 1,200-1,400 is really a pretty decent range IMHO.

I know, it's kind of a black hat trick but he gets 98% of his rent on time.
