I posted a question last week pertaining to a technical aspect of virtual/long-distance wholesaling (how to estimate repair costs from afar), but now I have a question that pertains more to, I guess you could say, the psychological aspect of such wholesaling. 

The investor who has the property has stated that he will be assigning me the price of the property, and what I need to is then assign that to the end buyer. is there something about this that I need to weary of?

Some of those are as you get closer to I-10, because who wants to live next to a highway?
