I am buying a duplex that has no A/C and want to make it attractive to potential renters. Should I have central installed or is it just another thing to worry about?

For just about any question like this.  Such as should I put in granite counter tops?

Should I buy stainless steel appliances?

Should I offer grass cutting?

The answer is almost always the same

Look at other houses/apts which rent for the same amount as your have?
