@Priya Naripe many times an attorney can serve as a Resident Agent as well as companies that offer it as a service.

This would serve you in two ways...1.

The wholesaler does some dirty work and serves the owner with a quick sale (usually) while also blessing the investor with a deal at a price that works for them. 

Also planning to serve 30-day notice to quit to the unlawful co-tenant on Dec. 31st.  

If you can turn this on as a car wash (also, is there even still demand, or did someone open a new self serve down the road?)

Not really, it all comes from CFBT (or maybe after taxes).Believe me, I'm not knocking the approach since no one likes debt hanging out there, but it does serve a purpose to put OPM at risk instead of your own.  

I began by absorbing and learning as much as I can, reading books on real estate, getting myself into the right mindset, listening to real estate podcasts, being dialed in by building better habits and dropping the things that no longer serve me, networking and building relationships with the right people, and taking massive action.

There's not a whole lot to buying houses and renting them out....You're far better served by getting an internship that would support your main career(STEM) aspirations.
