Investor / Agent Dynamic
As both an agent and investor, it's interesting to me to see the dynamic between the investor world and real estate agent world. I often see investors talk negatively about agents specifically how much agents charge for commission. It's funny because investors often offer half ARV on properties and complain about a commission.I see agents talk negatively about investors because they make lowball cash offers or wholesale a deal. I've heard many agents refer to wholesalers as wannabe agents without a license. This isn't true because the investor is putting their personal/business name on the contract as the buyer. As an investor some of my best deals have come from agents and as an agent some of my best clients are investors. Personally I see it as a positive dynamic if you make it so.What‘s your experience? What are your thoughts on the dynamic?

Not always. Most wholesalers are playing BS games with sellers by blind assignments and not being the true buyers. Add in that they are averse to putting $0.01 at risk in escrow and I think it's kinda snakey.
