New to BP and RE and looking to take massive action!

I am 26 and my upbringing in real estate sort of came about when I was first introduced to investing and real estate. I was attending college for sciences but I never seemed to find joy or fulfillment in the mundane coursework especially after seeing how all the people that had finished their degrees had all this overhead from student loans and they did not appear happy at their jobs. That is when I realized that there had to be a different way to go about things.

I had a pretty tragic car accident happen a little over last year. I had to go through some pretty rough things that I wish to never experience again. I had little to no money, my car was totaled, and my insurance would not cover my vehicle. All those overhead expenses that came about from my accident, put me in a real tough spot and the the shining question dawned upon me, "Are you satisfied with how you are currently living and everything that you have done leading up to this point?"

After I internalized everything and got myself into a position to handle all of those circumstances, that is when I decided to dive fully into real estate investing. I began by absorbing and learning as much as I can, reading books on real estate, getting myself into the right mindset, listening to real estate podcasts, being dialed in by building better habits and dropping the things that no longer serve me, networking and building relationships with the right people, and taking massive action.

I currently do not have any units under acquisition. I have built systems to where I am adding in leads to my pipeline where I go direct-to-owner. I am actively cold calling until I can get myself my first deal. but I am looking for people that would make an excellent fit for my team. I am building a multi-family syndication business and currently have two investors on board that have their full faith and trust me. Ultimately, I just hope to change the trajectory of mine and my families lives, be able to give back to my community, and be someone that can impact hundreds by showing how one can rise above whatever adversities they are presented with and create a better life for themselves.
It would be great to receive as much feedback from you investing in multi-family and have been in the field for years. Looking provide value in any way that I can!
