Once you do a search and click on a name, every subsequent case you click on just takes you back to the first and you can't do a second search without going all the way back.

What is your budget and what type of property?

You should be okay as long as you don't get some type of management fee.

That way, you develop a more extensive list of all types of Buyers/Investors as well as find more Properties and their freshly-convinced Sellers in every niche - by giving those Sellers MULTIPLE options!
