Tell them the landlord pays you to also be the PM.If you have much contact with them at all, I'd think it might be hard to pull this off and it may cause you to appear to be "weird" to them if they learn the truth.

It means your name does not appear on public record for that property, your attorney and their address is the only thing that appears.

Note that there is a fair housing testing program and they send investigators every now and then.

the lender that did your last loan is  likely  afraid of  facing an " EPO"   ( early payoff penalty )   which would require them to payback any rebate they earned  when they closed your last loan  ...most loan programs  have this  stipulation and these tend to  fall off at the magical 6 month mark 

The VA loan program is a great way to buy a 2-4 family home but you must have more patiences.
