Rehab $8k#3 $900 purchase, $1000 lawyer fee, $600 backed taxed= $2500 total investment...rehab $10kTotal investment if i rehab $50,300So I fly all the way out there to purchase real estate because I’m tired of sitting on the sidelines and now IM SCARED bigger pockets, any good advice on what i should, I’m so afraid of losing money investing in this area.
