Hapeville Investing-Porsche HQ

Anyone have speculation on investing in the Hapeville area, just south of downtown Atlanta? With the new Porsche HQ set to open later this year, I think this could be a good area for investors to flip. Low home values and potential for a good turn around with their American HQ going up. Thoughts?
