Hello Bigger Pockets

Glad to be part of the Bigger Pockets community. I'm loving learning as much as I can about real estate investing.

My hubby and I purchased our first USA investment property on a visit to Nashville in USA and became a landlord from across the pond. Had a great property manager. In 2012 we moved to Nashville for our music business and we're living in this property, and it's increased value by 40% which is nice. Currently I'm building my personal investment portfolio and also wholesaling to other investors and sourcing properties in Memphis Tennessee where cap rate is over 15%. I have 6 great deals right now which I'm marketing to investors.

My current activities:

Finding great deals and making tons of offers in Memphis TN.

Marketing the deals to cash buyers.

What I'm looking for now:

Great deals in Memphis TN

Cash buyers who want 15% plus cap rate

Money partners who want to build

My goals are:

160-rental property personal portfolio.

I have a dream: To develop and manage the awesomest multi-family rental property complexes for creative communities of over 55s and baby boomers.
