Some of these places seem to be offering much more of a full service offering with tech platforms and even staff who help in the kitchen.

Does anyone regularly incorporate price differences by platform, and if so, why?

Take time prettying up the listing and publish it on social media platforms

My name is Rebecca and my husband, Nick Knox III and I have run Captain Save a Home LLC, Brew City REI Club (a private network of our trusted real estate friends), Brew City REI Training Cafe (ala carte style real estate mentoring/coaching) and Wisconsin Contractor and Handyman Club (contractor-investor connection platform) based out of Milwaukee, WI for the past 8 years.

Also, I actually just joined the BP platform myself too even though I've been doing this for over 10 years.

I had seen the hotels on loopnet but not aware of other platforms.

I also looked at listings directly on the AirBnB and VRBO sites to make sure that the numbers were accurate and that the comps were similar.I think the paid tools through the Airdna platform would be good for someone who wants aggregate data on an area where they have multiple units or for a serious investor analyzing a new market. 

Does anyone have experience with these platforms?

The only other thing to have handy are your LLC articles.We use a platform that permits multiple LLC's and multiple share accounts to be viewed on the same screen...we can keep everything organized across multiple LLC's and multiple checking accounts attached to projects or properties.The other thing I would encourage would be the ability to originate ACH's...very convenient.

Is anyone willing to share what platform or software you use for your multifamily properties to allow your tenants to pay rent online?
