Do you price your rental different on Furnished Finder than you do on AirBnb?

We're getting ready to list our first MTR, and I was thinking about testing out different price points on different platforms. Does anyone regularly incorporate price differences by platform, and if so, why?

Kind of. Without the airbnb fees, I can charge a little lower. The end results I earn a little more and the guests pay a little less.

i follow fb groups for nursing and they really dont expect to pay as much as airbnb
