Is anyone willing to share what platform or software you use for your multifamily properties to allow your tenants to pay rent online?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, please!

It depends upon the size of your portfolio, and how big you want to scale. We use AppFolio, a large number of our community members use Buildium, and some use DoorLoop.

I will say find a platform that you will be able to grow into and one that is user friendly and that you will use it.
