When tenants move out, do you take your property to market rent?  

Been looking for answers to some business questions on how to receive investors and how to pay myself while working the deals and what not. 

We own and operate in  Columbus OH market and DFW, do you recommended them?

In California, if I want to sell my share of an inherited home to a family member through owner financing, is it possible to charge zero interest, say through a ten year pay back period or is there a minimum interest rate requirement? 

I plan to evict them however wanted to know if anyone knows of any landlord programs or resources to assist with repair costs, currently the housing authority will not pay for any repairs.

We'll even be making the deposit for the new rental and potentially paying the first months rent.  

I think it's a function of the market cycle and what you're trying to achieve.Gino
