Here's the background.  We have a tentative agreement in place to take over payments on a property owner's home, renovate it, then sell, sharing profits with the property owner. We need to find the owner a place to rent before executing the agreement. We'll even be making the deposit for the new rental and potentially paying the first months rent.  

So the ask for my Chicago investors- Anyone have a 3 to 4 bedroom/2 bath home that's not listed with a realtor (We're realtors and see everything that's listed). Max Rent-$2900/month.
