Hi BP, I'm looking for some good operators in the senior living/medical or student housing space.

I'm a medical device salesman of 17 years and am eager to increase my family's cash flow by buying 3-4 family homes to rent.

By way of a quick introduction I'm a medical device salesman of 17 years and I'm looking to increase my family's cash flow over time by investing in real estate.

Is my risk simply a financial risk in the sense that the the bank could exercise the "due on sale" clause on me if they wanted to and therefore force me to come up with the balance of the mortgage?

i found BP about 22 months ago while i was medically recovering,  It has proven that BP and others like YouTube will get you there if you follow their speakers who have already done something you want and pay attention to what is said.  

It sounds good to me since boxes, old exercise bikes, etc. dont call to complain about running toilets.

They may find he is on a new medication that is having side effects.Your goal will be to get him out asap before he does something stupid like burning the place down as you suggest.

All other credit was ok the home medical bills and subsequent divorce forced foreclosure.

The Medical Doctors references came back great (from verified property management co.) and all their stuff looks good.
