Excited to find such a great info resource for investing as a friend and I are doing a lot of homework to start a venture in real estate investing. I'm a medical device salesman of 17 years and am eager to increase my family's cash flow by buying 3-4 family homes to rent. I've read Chris McLaughlin's Guide to Smart Real Estate Investing and am quickly becoming aware of the complexity of making smart deals...so much to learn! At any rate, my wife and I have owned a condo in Merrimack as an income property for 4 years now and I've teamed up with a friend to start slowly buying properties in the Manchester/Nashua/Milford/Goffstown area. Any insight into this area would be appreciated as I'm eager to learn. Any general advice would be welcomed too to assist in getting off the ground! Thanks and I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
