Senior Living/Student Housing Private Equity Investments

Hi BP, 

I'm looking for some good operators in the senior living/medical or student housing space. I'm hoping to find funds or syndicated deals where I can get an equity position in these types of properties.

Does anyone know of any good operators or funds? I have found a few by googling and using LinkedIn, but I'd love to get recommendations from you guys.
