My last rehab had a vent in the floor in front of the kitchen sink.

This is what all the disclosure forms are for.I do provide the buyer with any kitchen appliance manuals and warranties, as I always put new in, but that is about it.

I'm looking into this house and it's a good deal however the kitchen clearly sank in the back of the house n u can see through the basement that it needs more support.

This was SUPER important since the beautiful kitchen was one of the main reasons she rented my unit and wanted it fixed because she cooks a lot.Then the kitchen sink pull down/out faucet would toggle between a shower sray and stream spray.

4 runs total. 2 bed rooms, kitchen/living room.house is on a crawl space. furnace/ac is already in place and works. just need duct work.just got a quote for $3300. seems very high....that quote is including materials.

The kitchen floor needs to be looked at, possible HVAC issue, and everything else was just handyman type work.Whats my plan of attack when negotiating with the seller?

We normally redo the kitchens, flooring and lighting so it makes a lot of the regular items less important.  

A wall in the kitchen [plaster and cinderblock] would have to be taken down enough to put in a door from kitchen to bathroom.  

One person is never going to accomplish that sitting at kitchen tables talking to homeowners.
