Hi Chris sounds like you are off to a good start.

We are only half way through the process as the trust is in our state of residence but the LLC is another state and we may need to address the LLC structure because RI has estate tax that will kick in unless it is a multimember LLC.

Start in onsite leasing, spend some time doing maintenance, pitch in everywhere. 

I started the process to get permits for the rehab but it was absurd.
