Hey guys, name is Chris WIlson, and I have been reading bigger pockets, along with others sites for a while. Currently I own 1 SFR, 2 duplex's and will close on another SFR in April 2014. I am an engineer with a full time job, but plan on continuing to purchase rent ready properties to slowly build wealth.

Hi Chris sounds like you are off to a good start. Also a fellow OKC investor. Have SFR a duplex and just closed on a triplex yesterday. I love the OKC market, it's worked well for me. Good luck with growing your portfolio.
