Hello, I am evaluating an Air BnB Property Management company that I was considering acquiring in Los Angeles. With all of the regulations that are due to be enforced in September 2024, will the L.A. Air BnB market keep growing? or will it start to die down? Is there still opportunity for owners who want to make money with AirBnB?
