Hello! I'm in the process of finalizing our first investment property in Lafayette, IN. We live in Washington state, so this will be managed remotely. I would like to connect with people who are in or near Lafayette, Indiana. We are new to investing and would appreciate your knowledge. Is anyone running mid-term rentals in that area?
