I just have an extremely difficult time comprehending 150k when the actual foreclosure value (not purchase price) was 150k with a completely outdated & run down interior.

Are there any other lists I should look at I'm hearing that targeting Pre Foreclosure's is not prohibited in Maryland could anyone elaborate on that?

We had a few deals that fell through (mainly foreclosures) but we are grateful for having learned a lot in the process.

And have started to look into pre- foreclosures..
