Need someone to do demand letters & Foreclosures in TX
I do Owner Finance in Texas. Most of my deals are in or near San Antonio. From time to time a buyer does not want to pay as agreed. I had one attorney that sent out demand letters and did one foreclosure on our behalf. The problem is the attorney charges a bit much in my opinion just to send out the demand letter. This makes it even more difficult for the buyers to come current. I Understand that as the lender I can send out the demand letter, but coming from a third party seems more serious to the buyers IMO. Also the attorney has not responded in a timely manner a few times. One time he forgot a week plus so we missed an important deadline
Does someone have any recommendations for this matter?

West & West Attys here in SA. They have been in business for probably at least 30 years that I know of. I have used them for foreclosure and for eviction. They have closed a bunch of my purchases and sales also.
