Birmingham foreclosures and wholesales

Hello BP family,

I am a current Los Angeles investor looking to scale into Birmingham. I am currently rehabbing a property in Spring Lake that I obtained through foreclosure and has proven to me the powerful vehicles REO and wholesale properties can be if you are willing to put in the time to educate yourself, afford the rehab or find creative ways to finance the rehab, and assume some risk.

Looking to start mutually beneficial relationships with those who can help me accomplish this. I am looking for properties that can meet the 70% rule to create equity through rehab in at least C neighborhoods.

What are your thoughts? I would love to hear them.
