We have been researching diffrent wholesale situations. And have started to look into pre- foreclosures.. Now before we make any steps we want to have all the information that is attainable first! So any tips, suggestions words of advice you can give are GREATLY appreciated!

Also If you yourself have done this we would love to hear your steps and your stories !
