There are plenty of lenders that do not require you to be on title for any amount of time and will give you full After Repair Value (ARV).Now I will say that sometimes the way the deal is STRUCTURED will come in to play (like if you purchase the property entirely in cash or if you have multiple partners) but even in those scenarios you don't have to wait.

Hi Jean,Stock it with fish and have fun fishing all summer.Plant wild rice and maybe Ducks will show up--beautiful creatures to watch, and some people hunt them.Build a dock and toss in a small row boat....for romantic evening rides and something for the kids to play with.[1]>>> Have it tested for chemicals...some of these ponds have a years of farm runoff in them--pesticides and manure--it would be a shame if it's toxic.[2]>>> See if the sides go straight down (like a farmer scraped it out for whatever reason) and it would be dangerous vs. like a beach.Good Luck!

The person “owning the apartment actually owns those shares in the corporation owning the building and has a “priority” lease on the apartment they occupy that is specifically tied to those shares.The corporate by laws will state what percentage ownership must approve a conversion to condominium structure.

We’ve already cut the fat including thing that are “wants” and not needs and we still have a lot of things that must happen before we can list it including some structural projects and sump pump issues etc…I’m working two jobs and caring for 3 kids and husband is working 10-12 hour days so obviously time is limited.
