Help with Co-Op to Condo Conversion and Lending

Hi Everyone! So we have a pretty rare situation on our hands. We purchased several units that are in a Co-Op style property. Does anyone have any experience with Co-Op to Condominium conversions? We would also like to find any bank that will lend on Co-Op properties. Any and all recommendations/ comments are welcome :)
