As a side bar, if any property manager were to talk to you without the owner's consent, I would seriously question their ethics and most likely would replace them upon buying the property.

As long as the house isn't being used as a crime scene investigation, get it all cleaned up, sterilize everything with cleaning supplies and move on.

The neighborhoods in Cleveland that have recently undergone successful revitalization (Ohio City, Tremont, Detroit Shoreway) have typically been anchored by restaurants, bars and breweries, the arts, nightlife, etc.

I've been one of those guys that's been lurking behind the scenes but I'm ready to start taking some action.

You have two years to pass it.Otherwise, you get to apply again and pay more money.Don't psych yourself out,it's not the Bar exam.
