After You Take The 3 Courses, How Long Do You Have To The Exam?
I am currently studying to be a real estate salesperson in California. After you take the 3 required pre-licensee courses, how long do you have to schedule the exam? Do you have to pass the exam within a pre-determined amount of time? If so, what happens if you don't pass within that time?
