So, since comps with older appliances/dated interiors were going for ~$92,000, I assume I can safely predict maybe getting ~$95-97,000 for a home with a freshly painted interior/flooring and updated appliances?

Brandon, Any experience working as an appraiser is going to give whomever a better idea of what updates or upgrades are worth and what value they add the the ARV.

The condo was a traditional MLS listing and actually was almost completely updated before we stepped foot inside.
