Hello Nicole, are there any new updates on the property you are closing on?

On top of all of that, they have renovation plans to make this property skyrocket in value: redoing the garage, updating the exterior, and turning the front porch into an ultimate walk in closet for Josie. 🤩🤩 The icing on the cake, the monthly payment is going to be even less than rent!

Will keep this thread updated as things progress. 

I do not have a crystal ball, but we area already starting to see lenders and banks push updated "effective immediately" overlays with selections from that menu. 

@Joe Jor I've been getting updates from this email from Governor Cuomo's office Email at exec.ny.gov

Something livable but needs updates. 

Also to add in cost for any additional things I would like to update in the home...Please let me know if you have any advice or additional questions I could and should ask.
