If anyone owns a 2 bedroom unit in Franklinton I'd appreciate a little feedback please.The main question I'm trying to answer is can I pencil in a minimum of $900 in rent for an updated 2 bed in Franklinton if I purchase there?

Then have the property appraiser update the records to show that it is part of the heated square footage... too many try to use porch areas as bedrooms and get caught later because it is not permitted properly...

Hi there, I hope to give people some idea what is going on.
For resale real estate in nova, there was a panic time, for about a month in March/April. You can get some discount time yet things change dramatically now....
