My wife was offered a job as a real estate appraiser for a private company which includes free training. We are wanting to know how valuable this experience might be in our real estate investment ventures?

Brandon,

Any experience working as an appraiser is going to give whomever a better idea of what updates or upgrades are worth and what value they add the the ARV. Also, it would be vital to what products and schemes are popular at the current moment among investors. All in all, working as an appraiser would be a good experience for anyone who would like to eventually starting flipping homes.
