We are on our 4th Flip now and want to grow our company but we need private money.  Not sure how to find private investors, What are the steps others have taken to find private investors?

Hi Hillary, welcome to BP. Several approaches when it comes to private lenders. First, network within your sphere of influence. The more people know what you are doing, the more options you may have for investors. Just package the opportunity with good returns for them and show why it makes sense to invest with you.

Second, get active on BP. People want to know you here and will do so by seeing how you participate. Many possible lenders here, I am working with 2 now.

Last, which is tied to the other 2 is to look for a real estate investment association group near you and network at those events. Discuss your business and you may find someone who wants to work with you.
