All you have to say is they didn't meet your financial criteria or you had a more qualified applicant.  

This is probably your best bet but that comp range is way too wide open so you'll want to tighten that down a bit to get a more realistic ARV.

However, if 30% of workers don't have much of an income for an extended period of time then we could see a more dramatic decrease in home prices.

@Evan Polaski I’m definitely used to living in a more urban area filled with shops.

We will won't know a more accurate prevalence for months, if not a year or more. 

I’m moving to a more permanent position as a guardsman in Arizona in the fall.

As pointed out above, it may be a more enjoyable location for you to live, moving from the sunshine state.
