My top 3 tech tools for Realtors, Teams and Brokers to save TIME
Good morning BP!
This challenging time has led to a lot of changes to the way we conduct business. The Real Estate industry overall has seemingly changed overnight.
The fact is, our industry has been undergoing a shift for some time now. I'm sure many top producing Agents, Teams and Brokers have had deals fall through in the last 30-45 days.
Our team has certainly endured our share of "dead deals" but with that comes added time to our calendars. Time that can be used to create new systems, tighten up old systems, and with that, create more time to speak with more prospects. This is a contact sport so the more folks we can connect with, the better our business will do!
To get specific, our team has used Calendly, Slack, and Asana since January. Heres why we chose to use them:
Calendly - Our appointment-setting tool saves us about 20 minutes per qualified lead as we find that it takes an avg. of 4 calls to schedule an appointment with an incoming/warm lead.
Slack - Our one-stop-shop communication tool removes the hassle of having to check emails, texts, group chats, voicemails AND emails. All communication with team members and vendors happens on 1 platform.
Asana - Our project management/accountability tool makes it easy for us to create projects, tasks, and deadlines for specific team members.
